Registration and Housing Cancellation and Substitution Policy
DEADLINE: Sept. 13
REGISTRATION: IDSA, HIVMA, SHEA, PIDS, and SIDP members are eligible for a refund of their registration fees only. Cancellations must be in writing and received at Maritz by e-mail at idsa@maritz.com no later than September 13 to be eligible for a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Requests received after September 13 will not be accepted.
Substitutes from one individual to another are not allowed.
Nonmember registration and guest fees are nonrefundable.
HOUSING: Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policy. This varies by hotel.
To make changes, cancel or add new reservations (based on availability) please contact Maritz at idsa@maritz.com on or before October 4, 2024. Reservations are processed at the hotels on October 7, 2024 please contact the hotel directly starting October 9, 2024.
