All IDWeek 2022 attendees will need to certify that they are fully up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccine. IDWeek will provide an electronic system for attendees to submit proof of vaccine and booster dose, if eligible, before badges will be printed for live attendance. In the coming weeks, instructions to upload proof of up-to-date vaccinate status will be emailed to registrants.
I understand that if I do not provide proof of up-to-date vaccination, I will not be able to pick up my badge and attend sessions. Under this policy, attendees will need to be up to date with a CDC, FDA, or WHO authorized vaccine to attend, and must upload proof of vaccination to pick up their badge at registration in Washington, DC.
Up-to-date means a person has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible at least 14 days prior to the start of the conference.*
